            BOOKING POLICY: 

 

PAYMENT 

A Non-Refundable deposit is required when booking an appointment. Your deposit will go towards your service. Your remaining balance can be paid in Cash or Zelle Payment

 

LATE POLICY

To ensure that we give every guest a quality service, we ask that you are on time for every appointment booked. There is a 7 minute grace period. After 7 minutes if you are not in our room, you may be asked to reschedule and there will be a 50% charge of the services booked.

 

CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING 

Cancellations and Rescheduling MUST be made 24 hours before your appointment. Only one rescheduling is allowed, Any further changes will require a new deposit.
