Cancellation Policy

🩷PLEASE READ🩷 🩷 I’m in Suite 219. Take the elevator to the second floor. I’m at the end of the long hallway. 🩷To ensure that we give every guest a quality service, we ask that you are on time for every appointment booked. There is a 5 minute grace period. After 5 minutes if you are not in our room, you may be asked to reschedule and there will be a 50% charge of the services booked. 🩷 For the safety and comfort of all clients, please note that our wax table has a weight limit of 300 lbs.
