Cancellation Policy
🩷PLEASE READ🩷 🩷 I’m in Suite 219. Take the elevator to the second floor. I’m at the end of the long hallway. Please don’t enter the suite earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment, as I may be on break or prepping for your service. 🩷There is a 5 minute grace period. After 5 minutes if you are not in our room, you may be asked to reschedule and there will be a 50% charge of the services booked 🩷To cancel or reschedule please text me 24 hours in advance (3464357595) 🩷Kids are only allowed if they are able to sit quietly in the waiting room without being disrespectful or interrupting the service 🩷No food or drinks allowed! 🩷REMAINING BALANCE MUST BE PAID IN CASH , CARD OR ZELLE ONLY! 🩷Please make sure you have atleast 3-4 weeks of hair growth so that the wax will be able to pick up the hair. 🩷Please shower before your appointment
